Special prices apply over Christmas and New Year. Prices quoted are per week from Friday to Friday. Short breaks over Easter, Summer Peak Period are as follows:

Please note that we do not allow smoking or pets in our property.
A deposit of 20% of the total booking cost is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable no less than 4 weeks prior to arrival. We accept cheques (payable to 'inyork') debit and credit cards (please note that a 2.75% charge is levied for all credit card payments). We are unable to accept Amex or Diners Club cards.
